The visionary entrepreneur Elon Musk caused a sensation with the successful launch of the Falcon Heavy, a satellite that goes on to conquer space.
On board, a Tesla with the steering wheel Starman who continues his “road” in space, freeing himself with the rules of the highway code.
Steve Jobs, who always had his head in the stars without taking off from the ground, said: “Only those who are crazy enough to believe that they can change the world do so”. To extend the formula of the legend to the crooked apple, and inspired by the audacity of Elon Musk, we are tempted to think that it is also by discovering another world, that we will be able to improve ours.
Crazy or visionary, the gap is slim. In any case, it is the concretization of ideas that fixes the cursor. There is no success without ambitions, and ambitions without risks. Elon Musk is in the process of writing history with ambitious projects fueled by unwavering determination, which undeniably mark the spirits. If we have to think big to believe in these dreams, then we are served.
The operation of communication is clever, it must be recognized. This does not detract from the technical prowess we have been given to appreciate.
Carbon fiber has been instrumental in the success of this amazing orbiting. SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket and the Tesla roadster are both made of carbon fiber, a material that is light and durable. The democratization of carbon fiber represents a tremendous potential in terms of circular economy.
Recycling Carbon has grasped the industrial, social and environmental issues that this represents. The solutions we are developing facilitate the circulation and reuse of waste and scraps of carbon fiber. The material that brings us together is inseparable from the projects that will punctuate our future, for small and large developments.
We continue our journey on Earth for the moment and we look forward to seeing you at the JEC World Composite show, in Villepinte, to discuss recycling and innovation from March 6 to 8, 2017. See you soon!
